I love milk. I absolutely love it, I drink it almsot exclusively, I swear I could live off of it. In fact, I eat a TON of dairy products. Not for the nutritional value, but because I just plain like them.

In fact, I consume so much dairy that I'm thinking about giving it up for lent, but I wanted to consult with you guys before making such a drastic change. I'm not concerned about the fat/protein part of dairy as I can work around that, but I am worried about the loss of other vitamins and nutrients, like calcium. I would probably start taking more vitamins and some calcium supplements, do you think that would help?

What do you guys think?

Give up something less nourishing. How about gum? Or chocolate? Or maybe that thing you do... to relax... ?

;)

Milk's just too good for you to give up. It's okay that it's a pleasure, think of it as a side-effect.
