Why the hell is it so difficult to find out how many calories are in 1c of Baby Carrots? On FitDay it is like trying to pull teeth...
I think I figured it out... I Got to one that was for 1c of carrots cooked w/ some butter... it said it gained 35.01c from the butter added... but since I am eating them fresh I just took out those calories listed above from the normal 99c and came to about 65calories.

So is that about right for a cup of Baby Carrots? 65 calories? and roughly 2g of protein and 16g of carbs?

Veggies are a bitch to figure out.

ive found that if u type in "how many calories are in ...." into ask.com it comes up with several sites that actually work. i used it for sum random stuff and i can usually get it in the first one or two sites.

You are too lazy to actually count the number of carrots? All the nutritional info for raw baby carrots is found on both the fitday website and the usda (http://www.nal.usda.gov/fnic/foodcomp/search/) website...

Isn't there nutritional info on the bag of carrots? Shouldn't be hard to figure out from that.

Yeah there probably is but I havent checked... I was using fit day for everything that I possibly could, but that turned out to be a pretty good hassle.
