Any advice?

I got asked to pick it apart and I thought I'd get others opinions.

It looks pretty good. She doesn't need to accentuate the backwards hyperextension at the top as much, and she could probably bring her hip thrust in a little earlier. She may be able to start with her hips a little bit higher up, but it doesn't look like she's wasting a lot of movement in her legs early or anything.
She should probably ditch the straps, though.

Tell her to lock her knees at the top... They are drifting forward as she locks it out at the top.

This is everything I was going to say. To get the hips higher, have her start with her shoulder blades over the bar.

Get rid of the straps. Otherwise I agree with the above.
