On my diet I am doing my best to avoid fats and sugars.
However I have a 2 quick questions
I make myself a 1000calorie shake after lifting. Banana, Natural Peanut Butter, Whey protien (2 scoops), 2 cups milk and Oat Meal.
Question: The Natural Peanute butter has like 14g of fat. 2 which are Saturated. If I do cardio 2-3 times a week and lift 3 times a week, why is it bad to have a little fat per day?
I want to get bigger and gain more muscle.
Question: On my shake I also like to add some Nequick. Of course this has alot of sugars. Why are sugars bad again for building muscle?
By the way, i am getting great gains with my diet I am on.
