all right guys,

im at 101 now, im going to stay in the 105 weight class for this meet. ( thanks Built ) : )

So, its tomorrow!!
Im soooo scared!!! Im hungry too... and thirsty...
Weigh in is at 1:00pm : (

My goals

Bench ( at least 115)
Squat ( 245-260 )
Dead lift ( heck, idk. 205 and up, maybe 220 if i get lucky... )
( think i should change nething??)

Wish me luck. : )

maybe, pictures i hope.

My friends mom wont be there to take pictures like last time.

But i will get one of the freshmen to take pictures or vid it while they are just resting. Ill try to think of somthing!!!

he tells us what he wants us to do.

But, ive only been to 1meet. so this is only my 2nd one, maybe he will let me pick my stuff out this time!!

If your weight is at 101lbs and you want to be in the 105 class... Why on earth are you hungry or thirsty? Eat and drink! You have 4lbs that you can gain!

Well then tell him that you either want to have more say in your weights or that you think you can get it. Whichever is less likely to get ya yelled at.

lol, ill try my best to get to do what i want to do.

He wont yell at me, no way!!

I just had some mash potatoes :( i feel really bad now..

UGH.

i have a very bad feeling about tomorrow....

Cheers. 4lbs is a pretty good meal, and most of the water-weight won't stick around long..

Remember, it's just lifting weights. If it's not fun, it's not worth doing. Go have fun, relax, and you'll do great. Smile

if i were in your shoes, id let the coach chose the weight and just have fun with it. i would care less if i dont get the lift or not since its only your 2nd meet. you have PLENTY time to break records down the road.

The only thing I would change is your bench goal. You should be shooting for PRs at every meet. You've already benched 115, go for 120.

best thing to do before a meet is to carb up and get plenty of sleep and youll be strong in the morning.

ya i think 3 meets a year is good, anymore i dont think i could get in enough training to make progress, but you know how those highschool coaches exploit the kids and overtrain them.
