Yea I squatted 295 pretty easy, felt good. It aint much but I'm happy especially since it's a new PR by 20lbs.

Three plates here I come...

its just like a piggy bank man... u keep addin nickles and dimes to the bar and it eventually adds up. congrats on the pr, keep bustin ur arse

thanks everyone, btw chinaz you're a beast.

It feels especially good to get a new squat PR when everything else is plateauing or even going down. It gives me hope.

I accidently did a PR on friday. I was meant to put 110kg on the bar but mistakenly put 120kg on it. I did 4 reps before I thought my back was going to break. I stopped a bit disappointed thinking I must have gone backwards since my last workout, it was only when I went to change the weight that I realised :-)
