Im guessing its 110 calories per serving/chicken breasts.

The calorie content will stay the same, the weight will change. But each serving is 110 calories.

No i dont weight my food...ever. I dont see the need to make a simple situation and turn it into a complex task.

The need is to have some sort of idea of how much you're actually consuming. Most people have no clue, especially beginners and/or people that have a history of a weight problem. It's ridiculously simple to overconsume, so some people need to weigh and measure in order to make sure they know what they're taking in.

Most of the time, the serving size listed on the label is precooked weight.
