2-3 tbs of pb, one cup of cottage cheese, half scoop of whey, half glass of milk, one scoop of ice cream, 2 tbs of olive oil...hows that for starters? i know there are some crazy @ss shakes out there...but this is what i have been downing lately

Sounds good. Pretty solid base for a shake, personally I'd probably throw in a banana and frozen strawberries but that's just me.

Half a scoop of whey won't do much... and I didn't really consider anything but vanilla ice cream which wouldn't really cover the taste the cottage cheese and olive oil...
Meh, each to his own. It still sounds sick :moon:
Edit:
I should also mention, I've probably had worse :p Once you get into the high calorie shakes I think they are all pretty disgusting.

Cottage cheese actually doesn't sound too bad... But why only half a scoop of whey?

no guyss listen this shake tastes amazinggg...seriously...u think i would take down garbage? the shake taste like pb...the pb takes over the taste...u cant taste any cottage cheese or olive oil...i only put a half scoop of whey cuz im already getting enough protein from the other junk im putting in

I agree. I'd rather just hit a Chinese buffet and throw down a couple thousand calories.
