Anyone had em? I've been having one everyday about 2 hours after my workout after I've already had my shake and 1st meal pwo. On average they have 7g of fat, 4g of sat fat, 16g sugars, and 15g protein. I'm wondering if all that fat and sugar is just going to waste since it's already been 2 hours since my workout, or if it's ok to eat them. If it isn't, would a glass of milk + whey be a better substitute?
