Isn't it true that taking in too many calories all in one sitting is very bad for the body? My doctor also told me that when making shakes for calories it is not good to use olive oil. Olive oil should be used to cook in. As far as adding in cottage cheese and pb...he told me to limit how much i put in.

What do you guys think of this? Also the body can only take in about 32 grams of protein per meal. Another tid bit i learned

Your doctor should only be used to get prescription antibiotics when sick, or used to refer you to a specialist should the need arise. Don't ask a Dr about nutrition because s/he will give you the same 2nd grade education about the food pyramid that's posted in the exam room for easy reference.

Places where people have a high amount of olive oil in their diet tend to have low levels of heart disease, like the Greek islands.

10g of fish oil a day, 5-8g of olive oil a day, plus whatever comes from my 300g of protein (beef, chicken, turkey, pork, fish)..

Fat is good ****.
