View Full Version : Cut? Bulk? Suggestions? BF% Estimates please.

Alright well I started off the usual skinny bitch back in may so started my way working out and bulking and Ive put on nearly 30 pounds. But this gut I'm starting to get is starting to bother me, its kinda hard to continue bulking knowing Im just adding to it. One thing I will admit though is that my diet is ****... Ive been lazy dirty bulking but Im going to end that.. and start going clean. I'm thinking maybe bulk another 10 pounds then cut, but really i need some suggestions plus bf% estimates, don't hold back on any criticism.

8 months flex and no flex.

Well son your doing damn good, good choice in the static backgrounds.

I'd say keep on keepin on your doing great. 30 more pounds and you might be ready for a little cut.

lol 30 pounds that seems like a lot.. i was thinking 10, i really want to get the definition rolling, but thanx for the input

Oh yeah what would you say my BF% is. I honestly have no idea but id guess 15+ ,15-20.

I'd guess low teens for body fat %

maybe 13-15

hard to tell without seeing the legs though

Looks like a VERY successful few months. Keep at it and then cut for summer - you'll be really pleased with the results, I think.

I'd say 13% something like that.... not too lean as in you don't see the separation in the delts or major separation in the abs but you do see that you carry very little fat in the midsection areas where it tends to be the worst.

common bro your doing damn good. You can really pack on the size, I think you have it in you to put another 30 on. It will take time but you will be so glad you did it.

I dont think youve packed on enough muscle yet to justify a cut IMO. I made that mistake. But your progress is great, keep goin at it!

Dont take this the wrong way but you dont have alot of muscle to see separation. Also I dont see the gut you are talking about.

Go ahead and add the 10 lbs but eat cleaner and see how you feel. Lift heavy focus on the basics(if you arent already). From your pics hit shoulders, arms and back. Cant see the legs at all. It looks like you do pretty well on chest.

My guess is that after the 10 lbs you'll want another 10 before you think of cutting again. Its addictive. Welcome to the perpetual bulkers club!!!

My gut sticks out pretty good when im sitting at my computer which sucks. But I agree that i dont have enough muscle to cut, so I guess I just have to endure the gutness and hopefully I dont add to it.

nice. agree with you idea. i would say bulk more than less. you could put on serious strength. at least thats what i've heard

Bulk that **** mate, build up those muscles like hulk and then cut, if you cut now you wouldnt turn any heads...
