Hey everyone
I used to weight about 220lbs, and over the year I have dropped down to about 170lbs due to dieting and exercise.... I still have a stomach and it doesn't want to leave.... I am not sure how much more weight I have to loose until I have a flat stomach or if the stomach is perhaps just a little bit of skin and fat.
So my question here is 1. how much more weight do I have to loose to have a flat stomach, 2. is it just extra skin?

That's probably just loose skin. You got really skinny. If you put some of that weight back on in lean body mass, the small gut would be less noticeable. Were you weightlifting while you lost the weight at all? Seems like you haven't got much muscle on you.
