Well to keep you all upto date on my progress Chris and myself have been having a few conversations as of late. We have decided to put the BF cut on the back burner and focus 110% on me hitting my 900 plus benchpress this year.
After a few of the conversations we realized that my number one priority right now is to get the 900 plus. So we have decided to add a few calories back into the diet and get my BW some where in the Ballpark of 330-340 which is where I have seemed to be my strongest thus far in my career.
My BW at the Arnold was 342 and I did great there. My bodyweight for my last meet was 333 and I just missed 903 at the top. So with that said the main focus now is gonna be the bench. I am not planning on gaining back any bodyfat just shooting for lean mass.
I start this weekend on ALN's new product "Results". Chris seems to beleive it will give me the additional boost to get me where I wanna be BW wise. I look forward to giving this a run and I am ready to give 110% to get my 900 plus.
Thanks again guys for all your support!!!!!

You'll blast that 900 wolf, we all know it.
You've been cutting for quite a while and have lost some serious weight, wouldn't a break be good anyways?

Wolfy, I tried the Nitor as a preworkout energy booster and have been taking ETS and it helped me get over the hump(733 lbs for me).

shouldnt take a whole lot of extra cals to get ur strength back. maintence and a few extra twice a week and ull be good. im sure u have a plan already, but i try to keep most of my carbs and cals within 3 hours before and 3 hours after training.
have u been changing shirts as u drop weight also? u know the role that plays

there is absolutely no doubt that 7 pounds will get you 900 if you only missed the lockout at 333. goodluck!

Mike after having seen you in the gym Wed. and this morning I have no doubts of a 900lb. bench very soon.
I train with Mike 2 days a week and work with him everyday and have never seen his intensity level this high. I see scarey strength gains in this guy over a couple days not a couple weeks. He is training like a man possessed, talk about a huge (no pun intended) motivating factor for those around him.
Great Work Mike! Keep training like a freak, it's a blast to watch.
