A read an article somewhere about going one day without protein so that when you start to eat protein again your body will store it permanently as muscle. :scratch:

It suggests eating fruit for the day without protein and then eat regular high protein meals for the next few days. And also to train very hard and heavy with compound exercises.

It also mentions adding a carb deprevation day just before restricting your protein for better results.

Has anyone ever tried this method and if so what were the results?

Going without protein is never a good thing when it comes to muscle building.
