Food selection isn't bad. Can you cook? Look at some of the recipies on this site.
I've posted a couple that are very simple. Cook up some beef, chicken, salmon and rotate them all every so often to avoid getting sick of the same meals. Shakes are a great thing to add to your diet. I have a 1000 cal shake everyday and it helps a ton. Your shake sounds great, pretty much the same idea as every other shake on this site. Add some frozen wild blueberries if you want too.

this is one of the better diets I've seen posted......i would eat a little more though, like 3000 cals, and make sure you get 200 grams of protein daily at least!

changing meals would be a good idea but since i just started i dont care but yea that 2000 calories is just in the shake it doesnt add up with everything i eat throughout the day
