[6'2 175] I NEED TO BULK
The workout i have started is
The MAX-OT
5:00 wakeup
5:30
4 eggs
4 whole wheat toast w/ peanut butter loaded
1-2 glasses of milk
1 fruit
oatmeal
6:00 Work
9:00
2 tuna sandwiches = 1 can
lots of water or juice
fruit
chips
yogurt low fat
12:00
cottage cheese
yogurt lowfat
2 pbj sandwiches
lots of water.
2:00 preworkout
snack on what ever i can get my hands on.
usually a sandwich and celery+peanut butter
and milk of course
2:30
MAX OT ROUTINE.
hard workout.
water+water+water
5:00 or 6:00 Dinner
what ever my parents decide to make don't get the choice
but i always make a potato with what ever i get for dinner
but i eat steak twice a week got half a cow in the freezer
when ever i sleep
cottage cheese before i go to bed
Conclusion
i drink at least a gallon of water a day.
lots of milk.
I have olive oil but i need help on what i should use it for.
I need to count the calories i take in what would you guys think it is about
should i get some whey protein? for a shake or 2 a day
what do you think of taking this shake
then just eat breakfast/lunch/dinner/ + 2 other small meals
2,500 calories / 100g of protein
1 cup peanut butter
3.5 cups milk
1 cup vanilla ice cream
2 tbsp olive oil
except cut the servings in half and either have on in the morning and one at night or just once a day
