View Full Version : i feel soo depleted ...

and i think i am getting sick, which doesn't help. but today for my workout, it was upper body. I felt so, so weak. I actually had to cut my workout short because of it. I felt like i was going to get sick. but after i went back and showered i felt fine.. I really don't know whats going on.

my nutrition is the same as any other day which is fine.

im on a cut btw, which is going very well for me.

i guess my question is... leg/lower back day is tomorrow, should i take it easy or hit it hard like usual and use the weekend to get really good quality rest with a cheat day stuck in there somewhere?
