well now that all you perverts clicked on the post because it said naked :) .. im sorry to tell you i'm talking about something besides the human body.

had some today at work on break,, its called NAKED, and the protein blend i got had almost 40 grams of protein in a bottle. the rest of it is pure fruit and its delicious. I know alot of you probably make this in shakes anyway, but none the less, it was amazing

to me the drink is ok but it tastes like it has flour in it... and not worth 3$... id rather pick up a muscle milk if i wanted to waste my money.

Without getting into details here, elaboration can be found by searching topics pertaining to sugar throughout this forum (since it has been hashed out pretty extensively on here), and researching the different kinds of sugar in fruits.

One single fruit could have sucrose, glucose, and fructose.

No Dr. as of now. My brother is Dr. Schaedle though.

Possibly someday.

I am in nutrition and currently working the Microbiology department of 3 different labs.

yup i get these all the time at school because i can charge them to my meal plan. is it bad to down a half of one before i hit the gym? iv been doing that for a few weeks now to give me some extra energy and it seems to work.
