Haha yes I was moving a friend out at 12am and didn't finish until 3am but still dragged into the gym to grind out a new pr! 475lbs. has been staring me down for a while and now I have conquered that mountain!:ninja: Onward to 500+!

If you could move an entire apartment you be able to deadlift a lot more than that. ;)
