I've been slacking on the rows. Felt great.

I didn't feel like driving to the gym and I worked out at home. DB's only go up to 40s so I had to make due. I decided i'd do a light superset.

Overall

Nothing special, but a solid workout.

Weighed in at 165lbs today. 10 more to go!

I'm already over 4,000 calories today, which is the goal.

Went up smooth and wasn't too difficult. This is the biggest number i've put up in a while. I narrowed my stance and grip as everybody suggested in my video thread earlier this week. I'm going for 375 next week!

Worked out at home again with the highest db's being 40s.

Overall

Decent workout. It was real late and my main concern was to hit some good deadlifts, which I did. The rest of the workout was halfass considering I skipped my leg work.

I weighed in at 166lbs today. Up one pound. Hell yeah!

Overall

Good workout. I realized that lately i've been cutting too many things out of my workouts, and maybe slacking a bit. This was a 9pm workout so I was a bit tired. I ended up cutting it a little short. It's all good though. I'm going to make myself a weightgainer shake.
