What is better to consume, chemicals in fake butter like "i cant believe its not butter", or calories and fat in real salted butter?
I gotta put something on my rice and sweet potatoes and I'm torn as to which I should go with..

Butter is made in farms, margarine is made in factories. You decide.
BTW, if you open a tub of margarine and leave it outside, even the flies won't eat it.

That's very telling.
I love that butter garlic sauce you get with a papa john's pizza. That **** is like crack and crystal meth churned into one scrumptious liquid. I'll bet the flies would eat that!

What is wrong with calories and fat? Wouldn't that be a positive thing?

I think he means what is more dangerous..
Excess fat from real Butter...
Excess chemical byproducts from fake Butter..
I use SmartBalance and Promise (when I have to), they are veggie oil based and even have 1000mg of EFA's per serving... I also take down 10x 1000g fish oil pills and about 3oz of olive oil a day.. Fat is great!
I use a lot of that canola spray **** too..

I use SmartBalance
Yup me too. Tastes good. No real reason it's better than regular butter.
