A bit about myself in a bit, first and foremost hardcore training and bodybuilding!

So a small introduction of myself to the WBB-board:

Sex: Male
Age: Born in April 1985
Location: Copehagen, Denmark
Gym: IK99 or FitnessDK

Best Lifts:
Benchpress: 120kg
Squat: 152,5kg
Deadlift: 205kg

My training has previously been based on a powerlifting approach with support exercises on the most important beach-muscles. Now i've made a new programme ready to be tested. It is based on a T-Nation article called "The Ultimate Program for Putting on Size".

Bodybuilding Workout, FDK

A bit hungover after celebrating my girlfriends birthday. But not an excuse for quitting on training. So of to the gym for some quads and back workout.

Squat

-Solid session, really felt the quad-movement.

Stiff-legged Deadlift

Laterals

Cable Rows
12x28kg

Seated Curls
3x10@15kg
1x8@15kg

Cardio: Cross-trainer, 25min, 300Kcal.

Based on a simple approach:

Group 1
A1 UpperBody Horizontal Push
supersetted
A2 UpperBody Horizontal Pull
B Quad-Dominant Lower Body

Group 2
A1 Upperbody Vertical Push
Supersetted
A2 Upperbody Vertical Pull
B Hip-Dominant Exercise

Reprange changes between 5x5 and 4x10 for all exercises. Lets ROLL!
