I know most of you probably pre plan your meals. Me, I never do. I usually just cook a bunch of chicken breast and throw it in with some frozen veggies. But I have been told over and over again, if I want to be succesful at this, and maintain a clean lifestyle I need to plan ahead. So, I am planning this weeks meal plan, and as soon as im finished, I am heading to the store. I am pasting just Mondays meal plan, and the rest of the week will pretty much mirror mondays.
My goal is to lose fat so obviously I will be tracking my cals, I just want to know what some of you more experienced people think.
Monday
Meal 1
Muscle Oats
¾ cup oats
1 cup 1% milk
½ cup berries
1tsp honey
1tsp crushed walnuts
1 scoop Nitrean
Workout – During 1 packet crystal light with 1 tsp BCAA’s
PW Shake 1 scoop of Surge
1 tsp creatine
1 tsp BCAA powder
Meal 2 – 1 hour after workout
Chicken Sandwich
1 cup spinach
1 diced tomato
1 tsp honey mustard
2 slices whole grain bread
3 fish pills
Meal 3
1 Chicken Breast
2 cups Steamed Spinach
Quinoa
Meal 4
5 oz Chicken breast
1 can garbanzo beans
Mediterranean Salad (1 chopped cucumber 1 chopped tomato, 1 tsp olive oil)
1 multi
Meal 5
Tilapia
2 cup steamed broccoli
1 Tbsp Smart balance
1tbsp crushed walnuts
3 fish pills
Meal 6
2 scoops Nitrean
1 scoop greens
1tsp crushed almonds
3 caps ZMA
I am currently training a 4 day split, and do cardio after every weight session for 20 minutes.
