View Full Version : Sample of tommorrows menu, please judge

I know most of you probably pre plan your meals. Me, I never do. I usually just cook a bunch of chicken breast and throw it in with some frozen veggies. But I have been told over and over again, if I want to be succesful at this, and maintain a clean lifestyle I need to plan ahead. So, I am planning this weeks meal plan, and as soon as im finished, I am heading to the store. I am pasting just Mondays meal plan, and the rest of the week will pretty much mirror mondays.

My goal is to lose fat so obviously I will be tracking my cals, I just want to know what some of you more experienced people think.

Meal 1

Muscle Oats
¾ cup oats
1 cup 1% milk
½ cup berries
1tsp honey
1tsp crushed walnuts
1 scoop Nitrean

Workout – During 1 packet crystal light with 1 tsp BCAA’s

PW Shake 1 scoop of Surge
1 tsp creatine
1 tsp BCAA powder

Meal 2 – 1 hour after workout

Chicken Sandwich
1 cup spinach
1 diced tomato
1 tsp honey mustard
2 slices whole grain bread
3 fish pills

Meal 3

1 Chicken Breast
2 cups Steamed Spinach

Meal 4

5 oz Chicken breast
1 can garbanzo beans
Mediterranean Salad (1 chopped cucumber 1 chopped tomato, 1 tsp olive oil)
1 multi

Meal 5

2 cup steamed broccoli
1 Tbsp Smart balance
1tbsp crushed walnuts
3 fish pills

Meal 6

2 scoops Nitrean
1 scoop greens
1tsp crushed almonds
3 caps ZMA

I am currently training a 4 day split, and do cardio after every weight session for 20 minutes.

Looks great, pretty damn healthy man. Lots of veriety too.

looks good to me and hard to stay on personally

the the thing i like the least is the post work out meal well actually i dont like it at all- there not protein in it all that serge stuff is sugar not what someome trying to lose weight should be eating and theres not reason to wait an hour after your workout to eat thats when your body is starving the most you need to fuel it quickly
