Tuna

For breakfast?? You're a champ.

I've had the same 1000 calorie shake for about 2 years now for breakfast. Doesn't feel right if I go with anything else.

There's a ton of threads already created of shake recipes.

Mine's 1 scoop of whey, 3-4 table spoons of natty PB, 4 table spoons of olive oil, frozen wild blue berries, 1 banana and 1% milk.

Oatmeal, yogurt, PB on wheat, a couple glasses of milk, and maybe some fruit.

If I'm in a hurry I throw everything into a shake (except bread obv).

Yeah, this used to happen to me too for a few months at a time, where I'd actually get kinda sick when I tried to eat breakfast. Hmmmm, sounds like morning sickness. Anyway, I just try to power through now when it hits me and lately it just fades after a few days.

My daily breakfast now is 5 eggs, and 3 or 4 strips of Oscar Meyer brand turkey bacon, a couple pieces of toast, and apple or orange juice.

Every once in a while I get the low-fat Hormel corned beef hash -- it's still so bad for you, but it's only once every two weeks or so with a few fried eggs.

Anything and everything - protein powder, milk, orange juice, oats, olive oil, bananas, yogurt. I'm actually just eating eggs for breakfast now (I'm cutting), but when I'm on co-op assignment or bulking I just make a shake. It's a lot faster than chewing, and it packs at least 1000-1200 calories.

Tuna? Holy crap that's gross...but dedication I've got to admit.

Lately I've been in an oatmeal mood.

Cup Oatmeal+bit of splenda
Mix 2tbsp peanut butter with it
Glass OJ

How much protein could a soul possibly have? Isn't it ethereal? Why bother even putting it in?

You haven't lived then. Bojangles is pretty much only a Carolina thing. I'm in NC.
