View Full Version : It's not much...but its 10 months

I started lifting weights seriously 10 months ago...ive achieved several goals my bench has gone from 220 to 300 and my squat from 275 to 425...but im still not very satisfied with the progress of my physique. any suggestions?

What are your goals bro. Are you just trying to lean down and get cut? Whats your stats and years of training and how are your supps going as well?

my current stats are bench-300 squat-425 dead-365......im at a point where i really dont care as much about having high maxes as i do about having the best physique possible. i just want to add as much lean mass as possible. supplements wise i pretty much just cycle a pre workout (right now black powder) a protein (right now BSN Syntha 6) and a creatine (right now cell tech) at all times.

on a side note benching 300 is impressive. Dont knock yourself....looking good man! I mean sure you have some areas to work but at least you have some...I have alot of areas to work.

Keep eating and lifting in hypertrophy range. (8-12reps)
