415 x 1 full press very easy

A few things to keep in mind for when you get to competition. (You are planning on competing in the USAPL right?)

1. There is a start command, you have to wait for it after you unrack.
2. There is a press command and it's MUCH longer than what you're being given. You're doing touch and go in those vids.

How'd it feel to get in a tighter shirt? The 455 will fall easily once you learn to touch in the shirt easier.

i know but my right arm was about .5 inches from locking you see him grab it but the spotters werent helping me trust me they know what they are doing lol.
