so i decided after a long winter gain i would weigh myself in after my work out (probably should of weighed myself in before).
Here are the results, took me about 2 1/2 months to get from 190 to 200.

Not sure when i should start my cut, i was thinking maybe April. My goal is to try and hit 210 before that time.

You won't need to cut until you're 230 or so. Eat up.

Nice build, I would try and bring up the shoulders a tad, other than that very proportional.

What gut? Christ you can still see clearly defined lines at the hip, and your abs still have definition. Bulk some more.

i agree here.

you are looking very lean, i would forget all of that nonsence of cutting more.

Agree with the peanut gallery here - you've still got noticeable definition in the stomach. Keep bulking for another 20 lbs (or at least just maintain through the summer because you'll still look fine in a swimsuit this year without cutting and then you can get some real size by fall). no homo

Id agree on holding off the cut for a little while. And uhh with the mirror, and color of the room I am going to guess thats not your place?

man im having a hell of hard time with my shoulders. I do a lot of weighted dips and shrugs as much as i can. Any recommended workouts that really target shoulders. When i flex them they are not all that bad, its just in a relaxed position they dont look like much, i think its due to my body frame.

Its been a week since i took these pics, im finding it really hard to maintain my body weight. I went from 2 shakes a day to 4 shakes a day. Last i checked my calories intake was somewhere around 3000k. Is it safe to have more then 4 shakes of weight gainer in one day?

eat more food if you can afford it. 3000 calories is not that big of a deal to do without shakes. I can eat 3500 in a day easy without touching the blender.

sorry I meant to say, i take about 3000k cal. before the weight gainer :/ the weight gainer adds about 1.2k-1.4k extra cals. per day.

nhlfan, what sorts of foods do u eat in one day?
my main diet consists of pasta, grandma's polish perogies and cabbage rolls, since there's always an abundance at my house.

I have recently added standing military press to my work out. I use the bar instead of the free weights. Hopefully ill see some results with this workout.
