To be more specific:
Start: 241lb @ 20% bodyfat
Today: 218lb @ 14-15% bodyfat
Goal: 200-210 @ 8% bodyfat
Currently on week 6 of my 12 week diet plan. See my journal for details, but basically its:
6 weeks low-carb, ~2000kcal with 1.5g protein/LBM
4 weeks UD2.0
2 weeks PSMF
I just started the first week of UD2.0 two days ago.
