This is just some video that we took from Saturdays speed bench. I'll post some of our ME workout which is Tuesday this week. I've got at set of index on the smooth with 185+bands, a set at thumb from the smooth at 205+bands and a third set with pinkie on the ring at 225+bands. The board sets are 405 and 455 at pinkie on the ring. I didn't video all the sets because I figured that'd be kinda boring

Should there be a pop/bounce off the chest like that on speed bench or should there be a pause? Or does it really matter, and it just depends on where your weaknesses are?

no pause on speed day. Idea is to move it as fast as possible. On ME day if your training for a fed that makes you pause then thats fine to throw in there but since I compete in mostly touch and go feds, not much reason
