Kinda curious to see if there is a way to do like a body recomposition.. I know it is going to take a long time.. but really thats all any of us have.. just seeing if its possible to do a recomp so build muscle lose fat.. thanks.. and maybe im just nutz so call me nuts.. thx for the help.. :confused: :confused:

It is possible to lose fat and gain muscle at the same time especially if you're new to weightlifting. Eat healthy and train hard.

Yeah. Im pretty new to lifting.. been lifting steadily for about 4 months now... I brought my bench from 185 to 240.. squats are kinda tough(my right knee is bad) deadlift not sure of.. just started doing them again and trying to get my form down.. i weigh around 280 and im 6' probably 35% bodyfat.. Goal is to get around 230lbs and 12-15% bodyfat. Any sample routines that would help or diet pointers would help.. thanks

Here's one I'm about to start myself: Alternate between workout A and B.
Workout 3 non-consecutive days per week.
Workout A: Squat 3x5, Bench 3x5, Deadlift 1x5
Workout B: Squat 3x5, Overhead Press 3x5, Power cleans OR BB rows 3x5
