Most of it seemed like pretty solid advice. I'm not sure about the part where it tells you to flare your elbows out when driving the bar back up, though. But check out the comments just below the article, especially the ones about back arch. Am I missing something?

that's cool. I'm not saying he's wrong in the slightest. I've just always heard that you're supposed to tuck your elbows. But the people commenting on the article were just ridiculous.

Some will coach to flare the elbows later in the concentric, some won't. Some will coach press in a straigth line, some will coach to press in a slight arc.

The morons posting under the article saying that you should not arch the back or drive w. the legs don't know how to bench. Ignore them.

You tuck your elbows at the bottom and then when you come off the chest you start flairing.
