Eating on an off week?

If you ever take a week off during a bulk, do you still eat above maintenance or just at maintenance? I'm not taking off for a while, but just preparing for when I do.

I usually cut back a bit if I'm taking a week off. Probably just above maintenance.

i would definitly go above maintanence clearly you want to recover and grow over the week...
