Hey everyone. I was just wondering about decent diet. I know the basics, like stay away from junk food, eat leafy greens, don't over eat. I was just wondering if anyone was out there with any diet advice like how much I SHOULD eat, is it ever okay to eat junk, how many calories should I take in while bulking. I'm sure this is all simple stuff, but I'm so new to the sport and overall nutrition. I used to be a RB in football, but the last couple years I have been pretty lazy, and I've been eating whatever I want. I know this isn't healthy, and so I'm trying to think about the future. Heart failure is pretty common in my family, so I want to get a head start at prevention. i figure 14 is old enough to start trying to be healthy, so here I am asking for advice.
