Lately I've been doing some board presses and floor presses, but I'm unsure of what a good set/rep scheme would be for these. 3x5? 5x5? 3x8? Any and all advice would be great. Thanks, guys!

Probably sets of three. You want to be explosive.

I typically do 4x5, first set being the pre-set.

are you using them as an ascessory exercise or an ME exercise?

if ascessory I usually do 4-5 work sets of 8-6 reps

If I'm using them as an ME exercise, I work up to a good single

I'd say keep em' low.

as the others say- depends if they are your main exercise or assistance- I do 1-2 for max effort or 3-5 for assistance. I only do over 5 reps if someone forces me with a gun.

For accessory work I do 3 sets of 5-8 reps.
