alright he recomends i eat lbs upon lbs of meat and pasta and milk etc. i started doing this im gaining weight. i went from about 6ft1 150-160 BUT im getting really fat i can barely see my lower abs. should i mayby stop eating so much or should i bulk up to 175 then cut ?

If you're not happy with the fat gain rate slow the bulk down. Exercising more or eating less: whichever you find easier.

I too followed a recomended diet and gained too much fat. The second go round I found my maintenance point where I wasn't really gaining and then slowly worked up to the weekly weight gains I wanted. It cost me about a month to find the sweet spot but I'm glad I did.

It takes time to really become adept to your diet so you know exactly how much it takes to suit your goals, but you'll get it.
