Back at it!!

Here are some updated pics...my training partner(best friend 15yrs) I had for a long time recently passed away back in Aug. Has been hard working out without him!! I'm back at the same gym we used to train together in...hard at times but....I try and go on! I will post a pic of him

Arms look big. Really sorry to hear about your friend too, Ive lost alot of people close to me and its never easy.
