View Full Version : Sushi an Amazing Post-Lift Eat?

I have been eating mass quantities of sushi after hard lifts for a little while now and was thinking, isn't sushi one of the best post-lift eats? Its got a lot of protein and the white rice provides medium-high GI value to help restore the body after the intense lift. Am I wrong? I also feel like the seaweed provides some sort of benefits that I do not know of. Thanks!

I imagine it would be expensive, but I love sushi.

I'm not sure if the rice is a high enough GI carb, but it certainly won't hurt you.
