Here we go again, 3 weeks out from the USPF RI championships, took first last year in overall teenage, this year im hoping to smash the 242 records which are 350 bp, 460 squat, and 470 deadlift.

I will update this thread as i go coming close and finding my openers..

as of now its 415 opener on bench, ill find my squat/dead opener tonight...

if my suit doesnt come in i will have to squat RAW.

time to get pumped!

Those records are suprising for the 242 class, teens or not. You'll destroy those records Stump, easily.

1 week and 2 days, last back workout today and light all next week.

openers are

squat - 500 (belt and wraps)
bench - 410 (titan f6)
deadlift - 575 (metal squatter)

my openers will put me over a 1400 total, better then any teen total in RI.

hamstring is back to crap, but ill have to deal with it.

stump i bet if you pinned the straps back on that v-type you'd get even more pop off the floor with it. i don't know if i'd change it up this close though...and i don't know if USAPL allows that. just a thought.
