I was wondering if anyone could give me some advice on some good lifts I could do to strengthen the glutes and hamstrings? I don't have any access to a glute/ham raise or a reverse hyper. Thanks for any help.

^ All of those. BTW, you don't need any special equipment for glute/ham raises. Just something padded for your knees (a towel?) and something to hold your feet on the floor.

While I agree these are a great exercise, they are truly different from a GHR. This would be considered a manual hamstring curl.
