What is suspension?
I didn't want to take the time and search the net for this. I've read about the stuff not knowing what it is. My buddy asked me today if I knew what it was. I figured this would be the quickest way to find out.

a suspention when refering to gear is a drug which is only suspended in a solution. Like winny, if you leave the bottle alone for a few hours the winny will settle to the bottom. You have to shake it up to distribute the winnt evenly throughout the water. Unlike oil baised gear where it doesn't need to be shaken...
Now there are a few different kinds of suspentions, there is good ol winstrol and testosterone the both come in suspention forms.....

Testosterone, along with pretty much all hormones, is sterol based. Basically, there's a cholesterol backbone that's got a few other things attached. Cholesterol itself, being nonpolar, is not soluble in water. Most steroids are somewhat more water soluble than cholesterol, as they have multiple polar functional groups attached, but are readily soluble in oils. This is why most steroids have an ester attached. The ester makes them more soluble in oil, thus when injected they stay in the fatty tissues in the body until the ester is removed or hydrolized. When this happens, a carboxylic acid (a very weak acid with no remarkable properties in the body), water are produced and the steroid is released. The more insoluble it is in water... the longer it stays in your system before it becomes active. This is why testosterone cypionate is a longer lasting steroid than testosterone propionate. Steroids suspended in water are meant to be shorter acting and usually have no ester attached. They go to work as soon as they're injected. This causes a very rapid spike in blood levels and they become immediately effective as they aren't stored in fats.
While we're on the subject, anybody know if test prop comes in a water based suspension? I have a buddy that picked up 50 amps of the stuff. Granted the guy isn't terribly bright... but I've not seen the stuff myself. I don't know if he got just straight test suspension or what. Either way, I think that he got scammed on that deal. He paid out the ass for it... like 4 times as much as he should have.
