Dumbbell Bench

175x10
Close Grip Bench burnout
315x20
Pushdowns 75 reps
If anybody got any ideas to help my deadlift let me know

Those are some awesome lifts! so are those numbers including the bands or the numbers are just the bar weight?

Those are some pretty huge numbers. In fact, they would make you one of the best raw benchers in the world.

Deadlift? Lose some weight. seriously man. u are so damn big its just plain hard for u to get to the bar. u are all out of position when u grab the bar.

have u tried what i told u? use ur raw squat stance and grab st8 down for a modified sumo. or spread ur feet wider on the conv pull so ur belly fit between ur legs better. ur grip will have to widen some too.

but good to see u over here.

Be careful with the wide grip conventional. I tore my bicep deadlifting this way. As some people get bigger they lose their ability to supinate well (many of us experience this at the McDonald's drive through when they hand us change and it rolls down our half turned hand onto the ground). The wider you grip the harder it is to supinate.

haha vinny. thats pretty funny!

learn the hook grip if u can. it hurts like hell for me, but im still workin on it. using it for SLDLs for nor now till it toughens up.
