I am trying to cut a little bit of fat. If I could eat the same meal all the time what should it be? I am 5'10" 165lbs.

why dont you just not do this and eat different things.
it is unlikely that anyone would be able to stick to a diet like this, you would become bored and end up down at Burger King

flax seed oil. it's an essential fatty acid.

ketosis, is a state where your body is using fat for feul. a keto or ketogenic diet, is basically a diet of very low carbs, that encourage your body into this fat-burning mode.
