ok just finished my first week of ckd. over all i felt pretty good. no cravings. workouts were brutal though. lost 10 pounds during the first for days, probably all water. the plan is to diet for 4 to 5 months. reducing 150 to 250 calories every 10 or 14 days depending how good my body reacts. im gonna let the weights n the dieting do the fat burning and save cardio for the last couple of months.
