ok just finished my first week of ckd. over all i felt pretty good. no cravings. workouts were brutal though. lost 10 pounds during the first for days, probably all water. the plan is to diet for 4 to 5 months. reducing 150 to 250 calories every 10 or 14 days depending how good my body reacts. im gonna let the weights n the dieting do the fat burning and save cardio for the last couple of months.

deadlifts-3sets, 4-6

calfraise-3set, 7-10

tue.
bench-3sets, 6-10
flys-2sets, 10

diet

2600 cal, 215g fat, 175 pro, 10g or less carbs.

second week of diet is going great. no cravings. only bad thing is im still not in ketosis. im not sure why. i only did a one day carb load on sun. it might be some of the sugars i ate. im gonna leave my numbers the same for now and stay on the diet for a longer period before i carb up. workouts were good felt strong and made progress.
