the value of pork in bodybuilding.
possibly compared to chicken or beef or tuna etc...
any comments?

Should be no problems with pork, just watch some of the fattier cuts. Pork Tenderloin 3oz = 24.5g protein, 0 carbs, 4g fat for 141 calories.

Pork... the other white meat.

Yeah I say get quality protein from many sources. Pork can certainly be one of them.

A quality pork meal is pork chop suey, buy it from your nearest chinese resteraunt, it tastes great and i was advised that it was one of the healthiest chinese variations available, just watch fried rice, prawn crackers etc...
