Thamks guys, ya Jackass said cause ive only been lifting since NOV and havent done a meet to just open with something I know I can do. But next meet I should go a little more over the top. At Nationals in April if I do them id like to
Squat-850
Bench-600
Dead-660

2110lb total

That would give me my ELITE total after only 1meet.

Nice job there dude.

Is that normal for someone to have a higher squat than deadlift? normally its the other way around. I deadlift at least 100lbs more than I can squat.

I used to be the same way. Squated 405 but deadlifted 475. Ive noticed once u get to a certain weight usually real heavy u start to squat more than u deadlift.

Me (805squat, 623dead)
Mark"Jackass"Bell (1003squat, 730dead)
Scott"Hoss"Cartwright (1100squat, 715dead)

Just a few numbers of some guys i lift with.

hes comparing RAW squat vs. deadlift, equipped squats will always be higher

Very impressive lifts. You put up some big numbers and made it look easy. I expcet you'll be breaking some world records in the not too distant future. You made it all look way, way too easy! :D

Thanks bro. I might do an APA meet here n 2wks or so but just the bench only cause i have nationals in April. For my age and weight the World Bench record in APA is 530lbs so I plan on opening with a 551, 2nd 585, 3rd 600 if all goes well.

That isn't setting an APA record, that is a complete recalibration of the scale! :omg: Good luck with the meets. Let us know how it goes.
