View Full Version : 43 days of insane workouts.

Here is a run down.

I have not lifted since my last meet in March of Last yr. I have 43 days till the next comp. Today My weight is 153lbs. I will start my training today and track progress on a reg. basis. Here is what I would like to do, get to 148lbs, bench 300lbs, curl 148lbs and dead 375lbs. I know this will be a huge goal with only haveing 43 days. My other stats, 32yrs olds 5'6", only thing I will be taking is a multi vit. and a fish oil pill., If someone rec. something other let me know. thanks Here is a pic of the last meet.

I got my weights set up, but seems I just can't make it downstairs to get the job done. On Monday,Wednesday and Friday, I train guys in MMA Cage fighting, and on the days off I'm allways on the phone with promoters, or fighters, I'm also in the middle of doing a local tv show with my guys and also getting ready to move into a new building, not to mention, haveing time to spend with the wife and kids and a full time j-o-b. What does a person do!!!!
