Directions:

1. Open can
2. Drain water
3. Eat

795 calories

42g fat
88g protein

~2g omega-6 fat, ~12.5g omega-3 fat, ~85% RDA calcium

Forget buying weight gainers or meal replacements. Eat a can of this every day on top of what you normally eat and you'll put on size just fine.

Yea.. its crunchy. I just hate the taste. I'd rather have some tuna.
