pscyo snatches.
Clean grip full snatch, perhaps the most messed up lift I have ever done. I did 5x3 with 65kg and my lats and shoulders are dead, in a weird way to.
Things to note.
Slam the heels into the floor
Keep the bar close the the body
Thats about it!
