im a junior in high school, i have 2 periods of body building every day, 2nd and then 3rd period.. i was thinking about getting a supplement to take in between to boost my energy for 3rd period. cause im exhausted after 2nd...

and for those of you who are thinking i shouldn't be working out that much, i never work the same muscles twice in a 48 hour period and each period is only 50 minutes long
i dont know if it makes any difference but :
Im 16 almost 17, 5'7" 135 pounds..
beginning of my sophomore year i weighed 100 pounds... wet.. with shoes on.. now im at 135 pounds with nothing but boxers on... gained 35 pounds of muscle in a littleover a year... my goal is 150... so i am hopping that having 2 periods of body building every day will help me reach that goal. i just need a supplement to help me boost my energy. but i do not want to take an energy drink.. i want a supplement.. that gives me my energy back naturally..

100 minutes of lifting a day is a lot of lifting. Could you give us a break down of your program, and be specific. Also tell us about your diet.
