View Full Version : Squats and Deads

I posted this in my journal a little while ago, but I figure it would get a little more attention here.
The 315 squat is a second attempt. I have video of the first one, but the rack blocks my legs and you can't see the depth. I tried a 365 deadlift after the 3x315, but missed it horribly. Squat is with belt only, deadlift with belt and chalk. I weighed in at a monstrous 155.
As usual, comments and criticism is welcome!

Good form, deep on the squats and pushed your hips through on the deads nicely.

Technique looked real good.
I suck at raw squats, but I need to go down faster than that without gear on. IMO, if you can descend faster while keeping that form, you would be able to come up faster.

Thanks Chris. I haven't tried going down faster in a while, but I'll give it a shot next time. I tend to lose my form as well as go too deep.
EDIT: also LOL @ everyone who didn't know I am 155.
