I've been on somewhat of a bulk since and I now weigh 163.My goal is to hit 180 by July-August.

I will post some pictures later of how I currently look and update from time to time.
I also just ordered the maximum mass stack with RESULTS and will use it as soon as I get it.

I've been on somewhat of a dirty bulk. Some days I pack in 4000 cals others 2000..I do however keep away from 1.trns fats 2.refined sugar Also... lots of MILK!! 3 cups before bed every night and couple more during the day.

Amazing progress, well done!

I weigh roughly what you were when you started. I would be extremely happy to get to 160-165lbs, eventually.

10-12%, I'd guess. I'm going by what other's with approx. that BF% look like.

That's a pretty amazing bulk, if you can keep that up you'll never need to cut.

Wow, this is exactly what I would like to do, did you use any suppliments? What does your weekly workout routine look like?

Honestly,my routine is what ever I feel like doing when I get to the gym, and it seems to be working great for me. The only supplements that I use are Protein, Creatine, multi vitamin, and fish oil. Lately I've been really busy with work and have barely hit the gym in the past 3 weeks. I'm back at it tomorow and I hope to gain a descent amount of weight in the next month.

Awesome work man.

BTW, You're only going to 180 or is that just your short term goal? 6'0 and 180 is still skinny, imo.

Its a short term goal. Eventually I would like to hit 200.

But, for an update... I've been out of the gym for a while and slacking like crazy lol. I'm down to 160 now. I think most of it is water weight loss because I also stopped taking creatine. I'm startin back up thouh!

I was pretty ripped. Holy ****. Looking back at this makes me wanna do it again.

The thing is I trained for 6 months with absolutely no routine. Just did random workouts eachtime I went into the gym. Most of you push "routines". Maybe for some random workouts work? Or would have I had better progress with a routine. I think a routine would have worked better but everyone did say I blew up quickly for 6 months.

you would have seen better, and more consistent results if you had use a routine.
